The white Honeywell Lyric T6 (wired, for wall mounting) is a smart thermostat that helps you save energy. The thermostat knows exactly when heating is required and when it is not. The Lyric T6 learns how long it takes to reach the desired temperature in your home, so you always have the right temperature at the set time. The thermostat is easy to operate via the stylish white touchscreen or via the Lyric app on your iOS or Android device. The Honeywell Lyric T6 supports Apple HomeKit.

NB! Do you have a Nefit or Bosch central heating boiler? For the Nefit SmartLine, BaseLine, TopLine, TrendLine and ProLine models you need the Nefit OpenTherm Converter EMS-OT (article number: 4051516324995). This converter also fits all Bosch Compact models. Do you have a Vaillant central heating boiler? Even then you will need a converter for many models, namely the Vaillant VR33 module.

Geofencing function
The most striking feature of the Honeywell Lyric T6 is the geofencing function. With this function, the thermostat adjusts the temperature control based on the location of the users. As soon as the (last departing) resident is outside a set distance from the thermostat, the Honeywell Lyric T6 automatically switches off the heating. If a resident is within this distance, the heating is switched on again. This way, the house is at the desired temperature as soon as he or she arrives home.

Lyric app
With the Lyric app, you are always in contact with the Honeywell Lyric T6. Wherever you are, with this app you can change the thermostat settings at any time. For example, if you are unexpectedly home later, you can set the Lyric T6 to heat at a later time. You will also receive smart notifications via the Lyric app; for example, in the event of extremely high or low temperatures in your home.

Apple Homekit
Thanks to Apple HomeKit compatibility, you can centrally control the Honeywell Lyric T6 thermostat with your iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch. This is especially useful if you have multiple Apple HomeKit devices in your home, as you no longer have to deal with all kinds of separate apps. Apple HomeKit support also means that you can use the Lyric T6 with Siri voice control.

Connection
The Honeywell Lyric T6 smart thermostat consists of the Honeywell Lyric T6 and the boiler module. The smart thermostat is connected to the boiler module by wire and the boiler module is connected to your central heating boiler, district heating valve or heat pump by wire. We advise you to read the manual before purchasing (you can find these in Documents at the bottom of the product specifications).

Thanks to the boiler module, the Honeywell Lyric T6 is suitable for 24 volt and 230 volt on/off control. In addition, the T6 is suitable for OpenTherm modulating control. This makes it suitable for all central heating boilers, district heating systems and heat pumps. Without the Y-VC815 district heating valve, it may be possible that you need a thermostat that is suitable for high current (23V).

Please note: the Honeywell Lyric T6 is only suitable for 2.4GHz wireless internet connections. The thermostat is not suitable for 5GHz WiFi networks.
